    if you understand boxing, then you could see mayweather was trying to knock him out in the latter half of that fight, then he gave it up.

    i am absolutely serious. floyd fans spout off about how floyd will school mosely. even people who favor mosely think it will be a tough fight, and shane IS over the hill. this is not the prime mosely who brawled with DLH back in the day.

    When has Floyd ever been forced to doing anything?

    Shane's still clearly thinking about Pacquiao and when Mayweather hands him a boxing clinic he can kiss Pacquiao good bye and maybe look at a Cotto rematch for retirement.

    Floyd taking a shot on Mosley by mentioning Mosley's recent divorce. Floyd is one of the more mature, responsible, respectful, honest boxer today. Fact. :deal :rofl

    that blood testing affecting him before the fight is a bunch of bull****. he is incredibly weak minded if he thinks the blood test will weaken him. i do not believe a top level boxer like him is that weak mentally.

    he is lying, just like when he lies to his wife when she asks where he's been

    the man is not a saint, and if he was clean he wouldn't give a **** when the test was administered.

    hahahaha, get the **** outta here. and roy jones didn't knock people out because he thought fans would enjoy seeing him carry guys 12 rounds.

    a bunch of bull****. if he coulda, then he woulda. didn't have the cajones to take the risk.

    that's the difference between mosely and a lot of the top guys out there. he goes for the knockout.

    question, would floyd mayweather be 40-0 if he fought the same opponents shane did?

    answer = no.

    The Winky who fought Shane would outpoint Mayweather. 0 doubt in my mind. The Forrest who fought Shane would give Mayweather all he could handle, but it would be a toss up I think. I would favor Mayweather over Cotto, but Shane was a bit past it by that point. DLH I would beat Mayweather, and probably DLH II as well.

    Terrible argument. Mayweather started at 130, Mosley at 135. Mayweather spent the majority of career at 130, the majority of Mosley's career has been at welterweight and above. Mosley is the bigger fighter, and his lightweight division was nowhere near the junior lightweight division that Mayweather dominated.

    Tooth ache *is* one of the most brutal types of pain on the planet and pretty indescribable unless you've had a bad bout of it...what most people think of as "tooth ache" is less than nothing. However, Mosley's excuse doesn't ring true because he could have had the troublesome tooth extracted and added a month, six weeks tops (to be completely on the safe side for full healing, depending on the tooth) to preperation time.
