Mosley agreed to testing but GBP said no and relied on the commissions tests. So what? It's true that based on their denial I would suspect (as I do in the case of Pacquiao) that Mosley had something to hide, but Mosley himself agreed to the tests.

    Source: http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/wire?section=boxing&id=3311562

The truth is that I believe that GBP wanted to save face for them and for Shane, and made a feeble attempt to keep boxing from becoming a witch hunt which is exactly what has happened. The requirements are and have been soft as evident with Shane passing despite the fact that he was on something. Which is why this has come up again.

It's in the past. They protected their boy and now they look kind of silly. We get it. Does that change anything for Manny Pacquiao or this current situation? No! If the Shane request had never happened, I believe Mayweather would have made the same request that he made and Pacquiao would still be dodging it.

    Hello stupid!!!

Mosley claimed taking HGH, which is basically undetectable, regardless what specimen you use, may it blood, urine, semen, hair, etc..

Do you know how many athletes tested positive for HGH ever in any sports????

Of course you would not know because you are and still the resident idiot of ESB.

To give you an idea, it is equal to your IQ = zero, despite the fact that the IOC has been testing for HGH for the past 3 olympics.

    Where's your pal IVLG?

Started to stroke each other again? I get the creepy feeling whenever a floydette agrees with another floydette, they just seem to state it in a creepy way!!!!

"Eye to eye", then "not really eye to eye" and "I like your view"? I wonder what you two are doing!

    to the thread starter...

Olympic athletes who are proven dopers have also passed the USADA blood testing as well. There is no fool proof method of testing, as cycling will always allow cheaters to get away with drug testing. Mosley would have probably also passed a USADA testing. The only reason he was caught is because of a paper trail to Conte and the BALCO people.

You have some never calling some one stupid for on HGH is an old school growth hormone and is not considered a designer steroid

second shane has claimed that he did not know, that he was taking performance enhancer. That statement would a be an absolute lie because HGH is an injectable, so how could shane not know he was taking roids if he was getting injections.

Third there are no record showing that Balco sold HGH to its clients, which shane was.

forth shane admitted taking clear and EPO not HGH ..

last but not least the Olympic committee has developed test for HGH but the test has to be done with in a 36 to 24 hour window, which is why they insist on random testing to target this 36 to 24 hr window..

Marion Jones. Never tested positive although doing everything in the book, DESPITE of olympic style testing all the time.

What if certain people know that Pac doesn't have the advisors necessary to get away with it, and does primitive testo doping, while they have Angel Hereida type advisors who pump them with the hardcore **** but have the knowledge to mask that ?

Angel Hereida even testified to how that is done, which agents are used to mask stuff, how to influence the liver or kidneys to prevent tests from showing up positive, and so on. It's just a matter of knowledge and finance available to pay those who know. Blood testing just raises the level of knowledge necessary to get away. I don' trust american boxers for five seconds that they are clean, especially if they excel with their ATHLETIC abilities like speed and reflexes. The pot calling the kettle black.
