This is why boxers end up talking with a slur like Holyfield, Roy Jones, and James Toney.

Common sense says Shane is the bigger man. But when I watched Floyd-Shane it almost looked like Floyd was a middleweight fighting a welterweight. He looked like the physically bigger man in that fight. And obviously (at this stage of their respective careers) the better one. We'll never know if a prime Shane could have kept the pressure on to capitalize on the 2 bombs he landed in round 2 on Floyd or not.

Inside Shane's head, he thinks he's still 28 yrs old. He thinks he's still young. That's the problem with old people who think they are young when really they are just young at heart.

:deal Too bad Shane didn't have Richardson when he was in his physical prime. He would of fought alot smarter and Richardson would of made sure he fought clean too.

To a certain extent, I agree. He's a phenomenal athlete, and while I believe that he lost that fight to Mora by a CLEAR decision, I think it was due more to tactics and technique rather than Shane being done as an athlete.

He just wasn't carrying out Nazim's gameplan the way he needed to, and when he did, his technique isn't where it needs to be. Mosley is still a project. He's been doing the wrong things his entire career, but has been able to get away with it due to his athleticism, speed, and determination.

    And this time the judges.

Also, I have to give Mora credit, he's a slick boxer with a size advantage over Shane. That's a hard guy to beat.

Mosley is absolutely shot. He's been well past it for while.
