Esteban De Jesus failed in a WBA Junior Welterweight Title bout against Antonio Kid Pambele Cervantes, that was at 140 lbs. Esteban's best weight is at 135 lbs, if at lightweight, De Jesus would outpoint Sugar Shane Mosley by decision. If at 147 lbs, I think that Mosley would be the stronger of the two, and stops Esteban in the 11th round. A heavier weight is not good for Esteban, who has better speed at 135 lbs.

DeJesus would outbox him when he had to and bang with him when he had to.
    DeJesus by decision.

I gotta go with Sugar Shane. Just a more proven fighter at the world level and for a longer period of time

Time and time again I saw Mosley get that "Deer in the headlights " look when he fought serious competition. I never saw Mosley adjust in a fight and win against serious competition. If everything is going his way, Mosley was a formidable machine. But what it doesn't go his way? If their was no Duran at lightweight, or Cervantes at super lightweight DeJesus wins and probably goes on a decent run at either weight. DeJesus had the misfortune to come along when their was two ATG's at each weight class. I like DeJesus at either weight. DeJesus can at least claim he has a definitive win against a prime ATG at their prime weight class. Can Mosley claim the same. DeJesus by clear decision win . Mosley would again show he's a one trick pony, that does spectacular when everything is going his way. But when it doesn't, he gets lost, Robotic.

Shane would put on 15 pounds after the weigh in and beat the crap out of DeJesus.

DeJesus by close UD. Gave arguably the greatest 135 pounder problems at times, and would give Shane more.
