I'm not getting into whether he actually did it or not but it wasn't proven Rubin was 200 miles away.

Rubin was released based on that he never got a fair trial based on race. Therefore as you said innocent until proven guilty. the prosecutors could have taken him back for a third trial but decided not to.

Don't try use Rubin's case to push your agenda.
