Actually I was shocked to see Margarito wall like that.
But I guess The Bad get its paid.

I was shocked because I never thought Margo was gonna get destroyed like that. I thought when he finally met his match he was gonna get out boxed silly. Not getting KTFO brutally.

I was never a real Fan of Margo but I respected his tough nature and how he brake his opponents down.

But then again was it all becaue plaster of Paris, I dunno man

I used to love looking at this picture. It represented evreything good about boxing. A guy who really had to work hard to get were he was. 15 years, half of his entire life to get the respect he deserved. Working and grinding out tough performances against class operators but never getting the recognition he deserved. Then this all happend. Its such a shame and it makes the sport look bad.

 

Peak SSM sure, but if he does fight Pac he'll be like 38, at some pt he will show his age AGAIN, IMO he looked old against Cotto and Mayo.

Yep Nick that way he throws the left hook is a typical Mexican fashion. Really locks the elbow tight so he can throw it short. Best way to get momentum on it.

 

How many rounds did you guys give Margarito? I think I only gave him 1 round before the stoppage.

 

Yeah it is a shame, even more unfortunately for him it was just as he was starting to become somewhat of a draw as well.

 

I gave him zero, though one round is understandable as my brother gave him one round too, think it was the 3rd or 2nd, can't remember.
