Haven't seen this matchup on here yet. Who wins this battle at 147? Two warriors who haven't been knocked out, any chance of a knockout in this fight?

no but i picked ike... i like shane hes one of my mavorite fighters but ike fights in a similar fashion to winky wright with the peek a boo defence pop the jab... he is way more aggresive than winky but i think it would be just about the same fight as shane vs wright

you know i actually think ike would have a real good shot here.... mosley is ripe imo for the jab... and i can see ike truly fustrating him with it. Mosley would def make it a battle and close, and of course i could see him winning too... but i never thought of this fight before, and suprisingly im picking ike. id love to see this fight.

    I voted for Ike.

Used to have the best jab in boxing and was beating DLH until the KD. (probably shoulda got the nod) Shane has obviously struggled against the jab before. Ike ain't getting KOed either. Plus Ike beat Vernon Forrest regardless of the judges decision, and i'm surprising myself in saying quite confidently that Ike would give Mosley fits and UD him.

    Clearly you've never seen Quartey/Forrest.

Quartey beat him at his own game and was robbed of the decision. Quartey has a better jab, and fights like a lefty Winky Wright. This style is bad for Mosley, clear as day to any rational fan.

Bad style for Mosley. Mosley is not a great WW to begin with.

    mosley beats his ass!

mosley's combinations would have been too much!!

and lets not forget mosley is the superior black athlete.

I agree that Ike was robbed of that decision, but I have no doubt that the Vernon Ike fought was far from the same Vernon that Shane fought. He still is not fully recovered from the shoulder, probably never will be.

Still, that style has proven to be Mosley's achilles heel. Anyone would've thought Mosley would beat Forrest had they not fought, but now that we see his weakness, it's pretty easy to pick certain styles over Mosley. Quartey uses that style to the tee.

But that was also far from the Ike that fought DLH.

Ike was clearly outclassed by Winky, Shane came much closer to beating Winky (rematch).

I think Vernons and Winky's size advantage had as much to do with SHanes problems with them as their styles. Ike would not have the same advantage IMO.

True, but Ike did not have near the injury that Vernon had in his shoulder.
