You’d have to lean towards Shane in this one.

I don't. Crawford is very hittable. If lil Gamboa is getting to him, what would Mosely, who is about Crawfords height do?

Spence's horse teeth look comically big.

Can't be too many in history who would be a firm favourite head to head against Mosley at this weight ?

i am a huge Sugar shane fan, one of my favourite fighters ever, however, lots of guys here are getting legacy mixed up with strategy.

shane has the better resume, hands down
but stylistically, crawford is wrong for shane...

    crawford, 12 round split decision

Shane wins this, I've no doubt. Shane's speed, movement and power is too much for Crawford to deal with. Crawford tries to keep it technical and work off the jab or pot shot to avoid taking damage, but it doesn't work and he is too cautious to trade.

But I don't think Shane KO's Crawford. He has the power and explosiveness to do so, but I think Crawford is canny enough not to get KO'd. He may get busted up. But if he does stand and trade Shane can end him.

Everyone you mentioned had significant size dimensional advantages over him at WW and JMW (except Floyd, and Floyd is Floyd), and Terence does not. It should also be noted Vernon and Winky I think would beat Crawford as well............... also, Shane at LW handled Phillip Holiday and John Molina quite well, even the first fight with Oscar (at WW) who's significantly better than Crawford, so it's a bit of a stretch to say he "always" struggled with boxers. Shane's faster, was physically stronger, a much harder hitter etc...Crawford trying to "fight" or drag Shane into a brawl would end very badly for him IMO and I don't see him just winning from the outside.

This fight at 135, absolutely no way Crawford wins.

I wouldn't put Molina and Holiday on the same level at Crawford at all, specially Holiday. Molina was a fine boxer but he never won a lightweight title while Crawford was a superwelterweight on fight night as a lightweight.

I don't see Crawford trying to fight Shane, he's a smart boxer, I can see him outboxing him from the outside and giving him angles. His timing is world class as well, I think he's the best current fighter at countering his opponents mid combination.
