Shane Mosley Was Stronger Than Lamon Brewster?

    It's not the strength as much as the mass/length. Mosley was known for being strong but fighting a guy that is 50 pounds bigger is another thing.

    315 in his 50's is crazy strong. I'm significantly bigger than Mosely and have to take days off if I do more than 220. My joints simply can't handle it anymore in my 50's.

    Yeah this.

    Mosley might lift more, but put them in the ring and Lamon would literally grab him by the collar, lift him up and throw him to the audience.

    Well I wasn't talking about an actual fight, just poking fun at the idea that one boxer is automatically gonna dominate in the clinching/grappling game simply because they're taller and heavier.

    High level. That's what lightweights had to deal with.
