    no, i'm just saying he's probably 5'6 in real life. manny is shorter than freddie roach and freddy is usually listed as 5'5.

    I stood next to Mosley/DLH/Vargas all at the staples center during a fight not too long ago.

    I'm bigger than all of them and i'm only 5'9.5" and 175 lbs.

    I seriously thought I would have to look down at oscar.

    Oh yeah, I've no doubt that, just like most athletes, they probably exaggerate a bit on heights. But the OP who was suggesting he started wearing lifts in fights ... no. Just no.

    this has nothing to do with hate or trash talk- im a floyd fan- i think he wins against shane easy. its just interesting is all. psychologically- its a slight edge in a fight when you stand and can see the man eye to eye.
    Hatton said he didnt feel confident against Tzyu until the weigh in when they stood to each other and he realised he was a cm taller. its interesting. thats all im saying it is , nothing more , nothing less.
