This is bizarre. Giving a convoluted term to what means "being tired". Yes you get lactic acid build up in your muscles when you do exercise. The better cardiovascular conditioning you have the less of an issue it will be. The more heavily muscled you are the more likely you will be to experience it and thus the harder you have to focus on improving your cardio or learning to pace yourself.

It is like saying "I lost due to temporary cognitive shut down in the form of a mild, traumatic, brain injury brought about by an unforseen and rapid rotation of the cranium by impact forces."
