Watching this again 2 of my favourite fighters but when you watch the first round of the fight Shane fought really well he won the first round for me but the headbutt and the fact Shane gets easily discouraged plus the Power of Forrest won the fight for Vernon.
I'm not sure the headbutt was significant, but I certainly don't think Mosley ever really recovered from that belting he took in the second round. He looked like a town drunk for the rest of the night with the way he was walking.
Yeah Vernon took every ounce of spirit out of Mosley with that assault. Just a bad stylistic matchup. Shane didnt learn anything from the amatuers. :hey
Nah, Forrest actually reacted worse to the headbutt even though Mosley was cut. Forrest just landed a bomb of a righthand and then hurt him badly with the uppercut.
