Well I'm not sure whether it will happen within the next 12 months or so, but it WILL happen as scripted. I'm sure that wankjob Khoder already has a date inked in. The driving factor will be whether 12 months or 18 months is adequate time for the "hype" to build to maximize interest and revenue from the fight.

I'd say look forward to at least another 12 months of scripted trash talk from both parties before an announcement will be made (even though we all know a deal was done when Green announced his comeback).

Mundine Green: you know if this fight does happen at light heavyweight then I think Green has a great chance Mundine has put himself through hell to make middleweight. I've never seen a fighter manifest the stress of making weight in their face as much as Choc. It was a terrible decision to go to mw in my opinion. And he'll feel lethargic at lhw. LOve him to prove me wrong at MW - like all his haters i really want to see him do well against the best. I only hate on him cause he hasn't done nothing yet......

correction: i think green showed the stress when he fought mundine. But maybe he psyched himself out a bit too

Anybody think Green and Taylor might be on the Mundine/ Geale under card?

I can see why they might (hype), but would two seperate cards make Nasser's pockets heavier?

I'm still clinging onto the hope that this whole Green vs Taylor fight is some sick joke by the Green camp..

Poor Briggs, the bloke must feel ripped off something rotten.. (I'd explain this more but I think everyone knows what I mean)

Doles anyone think it's that far fetched to see Mundine and Green going at it again in 10-15 years time, similar to the Fenech/Nelson 3 farce?!

Not at all! Look for SportsBet to set the odds for Mundine v Green III the day after their second fight. If it doesn't happen before 2025 all bets refunded.

Interesting......this fight the guy the other just beat makes for some good local fights and return matches....but what we need is a few upsets to make it more interesting.

i was a fan of both fighters there for a while, till mundine ran form kessler, and fighting nobodys whilst claiming to be the greatest, and green retireing rather than defend his title, then coming back for a money fight, wish i never bought the signed green gloves, tshirt and the rest of the crap, hopeing geale finishes the mouth off,and puts a end to green mundine 2,shame about briggs ibelieve he whould have taken care of them both,
