Shannon Briggs and Vitali Klitschko?

I want to this this if valuev doesnt want to fight vitali!
If briggs is dead serious this could be a good fight!

If Vitali can't get Valuev, Adamek, Solis etc. for a fight in Sept/Oct then he should just wait until he can.

I wouldn't mind seeing this fight tbh, Shannon has speed, power and size, it'd be good to see someone in with Vitali who can really fight back (even if it's only for a couple of rounds).

I think it would be a good indication of how Vitali is doing age-wise - I think having smaller opponents with no real stand-out features has allowed him at this age to look as great as he does. Possible that he struggles for a bit while Briggs is in front of him throwing bombs.

 

Briggs will lose with vitali Briggs has asthma i think vitaly will stop him in the late rounds by TKO i think solis or Tua would beat vitali i hope this fights will happen

 

Did you see Briggs vs. Ibragimov? That's how Briggs did against a nobody like Iggy, what will Vitali do to him?

I wouldn't say anything against Briggs if he was either mandatory or the only available opponent and Vitali was under pressure to get a fight done asap. But that's not the case so he should look for tougher, more credible opposition. Plain and simple.

 

This will be an easy fight for Vitali imo, Shannon Briggs is very overrated.
Watch a 48 year old Foreman rock the hell out of prime Briggs all night long, then be blatantly robbed of the decision in 1997.

 

Briggs, has a punchers chance in this fight. If Briggs is under 250lbs, then this fight will be intresting.

 

This fight has zero interest or credibility.

I know Vitali isn't finding it easy getting decent opponents to sign up with him, but fighting Briggs would just be awful.

Vitali just fought Sosnowski. He doesn't need another bum - and at this stage, that is all Briggs is.

Adamek or Solis would both be better than Briggs. Even Valuev, as awful as he is, would be better. Adamek, Solis and Valuev would all lose one-sided fights, but at least they would be a little bit more credible than Briggs FFS.

 

Vitali would crush Briggs. Briggs throws 8 punches a round.

 

Adamek has a fight set and plans to fight Peter later this year in an IBF eliminator. He stated he feels that he isnt ready fo a Klit yet
Solis turned an offer down to fight Vitali in May due to date and money bs excuses. He´ll wait until Vitali retires and then cash up his vacant belt by fighting the likes of Derric Rossy
also Solis has done **** and is a fat twat. V Klit wont get any credit for that fight either.

How can anyone support this fight? Briggs is quite possibly the worst fighter to ever be champion. He is a horrible joke...

 

Too bad Briggs has bad lungs. If he didn't wear out he'd easily KO the Klit girl.
Happy to see Briggs get another decent payday though.
