Charr should def. try to get Briggs. That would sell in Germany and would be a decent (albeit shot) name in his record.

 

Id like to think that the fans would realize that it would be a joke.

We're talking about a guy whose most memorable match was giving Lewis a tough couple of rounds in the late 90s...

If Briggs wants a fight he should beat a name. And Charr is certainly a name.

Until last week, Amir Monsour was still getting some cred as a potential Klitschko killer and he's a 41 yo midget.
At least Briggs has experience and plenty of rest on his side.

Let him smoke a few more clubbies, then step up. And Charr is a perfect opponent. Whoever wins get's a title shot. Either at the WBC paper title. The WBA paper title. Or they can get in line to get starched by Wladimir.:deal

 

Well Charr is a joke himself so Briggs would be a good matchup. And Charr is not getting any noteworthy opponents better than Briggs since he's promoting himself. Charr vs. Briggs would sell itself in Germany.

 

And also, his most memorable fight was not rocking Lewis in the 1st rd before getting blasted outta there in 4......

It was the brutal beating he took 11 yrs later at the hands of Don Vitali.:nono

How pathetic has the HW division gotten? Is it really this bad?

A guy who was never more than a challenger, and who briefly held an alphabet title, is calling for a fight against the man in the division, 10 years after he was relevant.
