You can't get more punk drunk than that, on this side of Meldrick Taylor at least. Briggs is funny but would get knocked out in 4 or 5 of non stop punishment. Wilder hits harder than Vitali, he doesn't really want that work. Briggs did well picking Haye, more money and he's less likely to get knocked out by the smaller fighter.
