    i know u guys will bash shannon but does losing 62 lbs show that hes motivated..........will he ever come in under 255 lbs again???

    On a low carb diet with regular physical activity he can be under 255 again.

    That's great.

    Wish he were still relevant.
    Then again, the HW division isn't exactly stellar.
    Wonder how the asthma problem is...
