anyone that calls Briggs "******" or whatever are just haters. Ive only called him lazy and fat. which, you know...he has been for a while. for the record...the only time i get on and bust balls of fighters is when I know what they can do and excpect 10 times more than what they give. I would have bet my house and dog there was not a chance in hell Briggs wasnt gonna steam roll Ibragimov.....i was in utter shock for 12 rounds that he would not pull the trigger.
and if he gets upset because his last 4 oppenents had 44 losses combined and flat out sucked... so be it. you dont get ready for the ultimate prize by fighting goof balls like that. thats like training for a marathon and going out and running about 100 yards a day instead of mileage. i was pissed off for a week when he lost to lewis...while i knew it was gonna be tough, he almost had for a minute...plus i listened to him on howard stern that week and you find out hes a super humble guy.
but with all that said shannon.....youre hardest on the ones you know can do better....
but if youre reading shannon...where the hell did you dig up this opponent?
