    Bowe in 1993 isnt what Vitali in Germany in 2010 is. Bowe had a lot more competition as far as drawing power of other heavyweights.

    Bull****. Tyson went bankrupt because he spunked unbelievable amounts of money on hangers on and having white tigers for pets.

    King screwed every cent out of fighters for sure. But even Larry Holmes said he made more money being screwed by Don King than he did being treated fairly by other promoters.

    he brought in Polish TV money. Had Briggs brought in an American network he would have got paid more. BTW, Briggs was claiming he was getting paid between 1 and 1.5 mil USD not 500k. There is so much BS in this thread.

    It was total event draw(spendings and earnings).
    Davo once said that haye makes more money per fight. He said he made 7-8 million pounds(while it was reported MUCH LESS) that fight and he will make more with Audley he also said that he has evidence that he presented before but none seems to remember that. He spoke with great confidence that made a lot of deluded HAye fans believe that and they now stating that as FACT. I don't know how much money they make but I know that you have to pay 1million per fight for your brand to be written on canvas and have main advertisement rights. It actually was stated by Nemiroff 3 years ago. They make 3mill euro each fight from RTL. BUT!!!! they also don't have promoters so that means that they much reacher than usual boxer with promoter.
    Haye made a deal with Saurlend events for five fights to fight valuev(talking about slave contract) and they have their 20% cut(I may be wrong on this).
