One of the most bizarre things I've witnessed. The trouble with Briggs is that he doesn't have the imagination and intelligence to be a funny guy. He repeats the same phrases and sounds over and over, because he's got nothing else. This video is worthless crap.

 

Lets be honest...hes a bit of a laugh. Completely out of order regarding the testing and can be a bit out of order at times as well. Say what you want tho but if thats brain damage hes got...give me some of that.
