The recent post about the worst heavyweight champs ever made me thing of this fight. Their careers overlapped but they never went at it...at least not yet. Who would you pick in this fight? Though I consider Rahman more accomplished, I think Briggs would take him out. He was a heavy puncher with a height advantage, and Rahman didn't have the best chin. Don't get me wrong...I could see it going either way, or being a messy draw, too.
Rahman had some advantages, too. He had better jab and better timing than Briggs. I think it would've been great fight, and chances are probably 50/50.
