I can see Greer making it out of the first round... Hughie, Wilder and Tony all stopped him in the second....

I don't really get what he thinks he's doing. since losing his WBO belt all he does is fighting guys who lack punch resistance so he can stop them in the 1st, with that titleshot against Vitali inbetween.
Why not fight a couple of guys that will give him some rounds and take bigger steps up the ranking?
I know he won't be able to beat a decent top 20 guy, but at least someone from the top 100.

Briggs has always feasted on bums...anytime hes stepped up hes either lost or had extreme adversity

I think hes trying to take the path of lest resistance to a title shot...unfortunately for him I dont think it will work this time

I don't expect him to step up majorly, more like guys that would give him a couple of rounds.
That's why he should step up somewhat. These guys won't bring him there, only amp up his KO1 %

    1. He was never that good. In his prime, he was known for winning a controversial decision against a mid 40s George Foreman, and giving Lewis some problems before getting blasted out.

2.He is now a shot version on that fighter. Vitali almost killed him and that was what? 4 years ago?

    3. This is what he does, he fights stiffs, KO's them in 1 round, and then shouts a lot about fighting for the title.

    Lather.Rinse.Repeat.

He looks much better than 4 years ago in my opinion.

    How can you possibly tell??

Hes fighting guys that were essentially pulled out of the crowd!

Hes 4 years older, 4 years slower.

I meant he is in much better shape, 15 lbs lighter than the Vitali fight.
