People call Shannon Briggs a lemon or a turkey, but Tyrell Biggs was the ultimate lemon as a pro... I prefer "The Cannon" all the way....

Briggs at age 38 and 262 muscle-bound pounds is still a hulk and a bad mother of a duck in the ring... But Briggs was out-classed by the superior Vitali Klit...

I'm curious as to why you picked this match.. Was it because their names rhymed?

Briggs who fought Lewis stops the Biggs who fought Tyson. Biggs was too green to have taken the Tyson fight and I dont believe he ever recovered mentally.

Briggs by early KO or Biggs by decision.

Biggs via wide UD, Briggs wouldn't be able to stop him before gassing & he'd get schooled.

However, Briggs could stop the mentally shot Post-Tyson Tyrell.

Biggs would use that jab of his to score a real close decision over Shannon.

Biggs would probably box circles around Briggs.

He wasnt a lemon just a drug abuser. He also got cut really bad by David Bey before facing Tyson.

His career went really fast and he was put in tough early because of his olympic stature. He was far more skilled than Briggs who could do very little besides throw a few hard right hands before completely gassing.

Remember Briggs lost to Darrol Wilson when he was considered a real force in the division. Wilson who was a fringe club fighter was next knocked out quickly by David Tua.

He has the tools too, but T.Biggs tended to end up getting dragged into brawls.

Yeah but Briggs didnt brawl past two rounds, he huffed and puffed and turned into a robotoic boxer.

Shannon might have been crude and beaten by a few lesser opponents, but I'd still favor him to beat Biggs... Tyrell was a good boxer, but he simply could not take it, and nor did he have anything behind his shots. I don't see him getting Brigg's respect, and trying to outpoint him for either 10 or 12 rounds would be a tall order.. I think Briggs wins by KO.
