Shannon Briggs vs Vladimir Virchis who wins?

Virchis by very brutal KO!

 

I'll take Brigg's by KO. Virchis is slow and defence is poor...Briggs also hits very hard and owns good speed and skills.

I'm surprised someone picked Briggs on points. I don't think he is capable of winning a points decision at this point in his career unless it's a four rounder.

 

The sad part is that he would be gassed after going halfway through that 4 rounder. Briggs was lucky to win a title and anytime he's not KO'ing a bum, his fights are extremely boring.

Virchis has the chin to deal with Briggs and more than enough of everything else you need to defeat the old Briggs. Virchis by mid-round KO.

 

Virchis was hurt by Sprott, if Sprott can hurt him , Briggs can finish Vladimir.

 

He wasn't hurt by Chagaev, and I am pretty sure Ruslan hits harder than Sprott.

Anyway Virchis has shown a sturdy enough chin throughout his career, IMO, and he has huge raw power. I'd expect him to KO Briggs rather brutally midway through the fight.
