Correct Harrison is a more legitimate challenger. Briggs, even in his prime, is a joke fighter who was never any good. But then again Vitali was trying to make other fights and has already lined up Adamek (I think) for his next fight
Valuev won his title by robbery against Ruiz in their first fight, he was on his way to losing his title to McCline until the injury happened, he lost to Chagaev(who was never beaten while he held it), then robbed Ruiz again in the rematch and looked like horse-**** against Holyfield in a fight most had scored for the Aged-Wonder. You could excuse Haye for fighting Valuev, and I supported this (begrudgingly) in the assumption that Haye would be a better and more active champion then Valuev could ever be...but you know what? Haye has actually been LESS active then the slug Valuev since 2007 and this is considering that Valuev hasn't fought since losing to Haye.
