    But on a serious note....Shaq has done some mma training..but I really doubt it was nearly as regular as thread starter suggests.


    And yeah...a good 200 pounder would hand him his ass.

    with shaqs recent achilles problems...heel hook..toe hold..its done deal..for him...but would be fun if he did one fight against...one of the the bigger guys..choi..sapp..something like that...some closer his size.....or even box valuev...
