    3 Cups Oatmeal
    1/2 Cup Natural Peanut butter
    1 cup Milk
    4 Scoops Protein Powder
    dash of cinnamon

Mix until a sticky batter is formed
use a large spoon to spread out the mix into the bottom of a Pam-sprayed glass or metal cooking tray
put in the fridge overnight and cut into 8 equal bars

simple ganache no those oatmeal bars sounds like it would really be something..

Ganache, simple frosting, except its way ****ing better, and not made of lard.

Get a pan, low heat.. Instead of heavy cream, just use milk. slightly less milk by weight than a quality dark chocolate, since you arent using heavy cream. Not a milk chocolate with a ton of sugar, a GOOD DARK CHOCOLATE.

Simmer the milk in a pan, then add the chocolate and stir until its all REAL CHOCOLATE SYRUP. When it cools it hardens. So, you could pour this over your oatmeal bar. :p
