How many fighters could actually put down a guy like Julian Jackson himself?

Heavyweights might have a lot of power but almost all lack the sharpness to really put down a good guy for more than 10 seconds.

Naseem Hamed comes to my mind.

Iron Mike. Ive never seen someone fall down 3 times from knockdown
like the Berbick fight. Spinks was down and twitcing for a while.
Oscar had one of the sharpest left hooks ever, the hooks in the
Ruelas fight were scary. And he stopped a roided Vargas. Hamed
got some serious leverage and power.

I think it's more to do with the fact that he was unable to land or follow up on most of the better people he faced. Foreman, for example, was able to repeatedly land his big shots and continue to do so when the oponents were hurt. Shavers would land a bomb here and a bomb there that would badly hurt his oponents but wouldn't hit them with the follow up punches.
