I need to leave unfortunately. Looks like Nunez is turning this fight around

Interesting to see Rakh moving on the back foot rather than pressing forward as he has the first 5. Nunez power has him thinking.

    4-2 rakh

Rakh moving a load more now in the first half of the round, a depature from his earlier tactics, probably wise given Nunez's inside work. Nunez with better work though, really winning the battle when he's got Rakh on the ropes.

    4-3 Rakh

Great round! Nunez relentless in 1st minute, keeping Rakh on the ropes until Rakh counters his way out. Both fighters starting to slow, standing and trading in the final third. Super close, edge Nunez. 4-4

Nunez with a crazy pace, seemed like he never stopped throwing! Rakh landing his fair share of counters too. Another close round that I edge to Nunez again. 5-4 Nunez

Nunez really putting everything into his winging hooks alongside persistant bodtwork, Rakh showing a really good chin though. Excellent counters, but still not enough for me, as Nunez output is relentless.

    6-4 Nunez

Round 11, and Rakh straight on the ropes, Nunez immediately unloads, Rakh doesn't seem to have the energy to even fight back and gets stopped on his feet! Nunez was relentless the last 4 rounds, a crazy output, and Rakh was simply ground down. Superb fight

I will be watching Nunez again for sure. Dude might be a little crude in his work at times, but his engine was insane.

Feel bad for Rak losing in front of his home fans like that in his big homecoming fight.

It was an excellent fight while it lasted but after a good start by Rak where it looked like he bagged the early rounds Nunez took over albeit the rounds were still bitterly contested. Nunez had a big 5th round which I think took a lot out of Rak because his shots didn't seem to carry the same sting in them after that. Rak subsequently made adjustment and started to box which he did surprisingly well albeit he kept getting trapped on the ropes where he invariably came off second best which undid all his good work in those rounds. He's tough as old boots to withstand all the punishment he did though because he shipped a lot of it. Very impressive win and performance by Nunez who I knew nothing about going into this.

Same here, never seen Nunez fight before. He was a tank. It wasn't like it was easy either, he just never slowed down and once Rakh stopped moving in the 5th, he just ground him down.

Yeah, I wasn't giving it my undivided attention and I had a few issues with the steam stopping a bunch of times but it was a superb fight and it looked like Rak was on route to victory after a good start. However, Nunez had other ideas and started to beat Rak up, especially when he trapped him on the ropes and unloaded with heavy combinations.

I'd be interested in seeing how the judges had it to see if they were fixing to rob Nunez. Rak won enough rounds for them to make a semi plausible case for him but in reality I don't think you could give him more than four.
