    Round 1 Nunez 10-9, close

Cagey opening round, Rakhimov applying steady pressure, and cornering Nunez a handful of times, and flurrying, but that was offset by Nunez's counters off the backfoot, hooks to the ribs, looping rights up top and upjabs.

    Round 1 Nunez 10-9, close
    Round 2 Rakhimov 10-9, close

They're both taking turns pinning one another to the ropes and unloading. Rakhimov stunned with a looping right to the temple, Nunez backs him to the ropes and lands a combo, Rakhimov recovers spins him, nails him with a series of one twos. Nunez getting in the heavier blows, but Rakhimov with the edge in activity, also some of the lefts he's landing are having an effect on Nunez.

    Round 1 Nunez 10-9, close
    Round 2 Rakhimov 10-9, close
    Round 3 Rakhimov 10-9

Nunez was a little too cautious and looked for counters far too much, meanwhile Rakhimov was letting his hands go, and racking up the points, with some solid body shots.

    Round 2 Rakhimov 10-9, close
    Round 3 Rakhimov 10-9
    Round 4 Nunez 10-9

Rakhimov starts out well, pushing Nunez back, lands heavy flurry, but Nunez chooses to stand his ground, and starts firing off hellacious looping counter rights, one stuns him to the head then one hurts Rakhimov to the body. Nunez then backs him to the ropes and unloads late.

    Round 3 Rakhimov 10-9
    Round 4 Nunez 10-9
    Round 5 Nunez 10-9

Dominant round from Nunez, with Sugar nailing him with monster left hooks to the head and right hooks to the body, almost everyone of them provoking an uncomfortable reaction from Shavkat. Nunez keeping him pinned along the tropes and his hands at home.

    Round 4 Nunez 10-9
    Round 5 Nunez 10-9
    Round 6 Nunez 10-9

Both men take off the first half of the round, but Nunez amps up the pressure, ad again, pins Shavkat along teh ropes, and lands a ton of monster straight rights snapping Shavkat's head back, and he's containing his work to the body.

Shavkatt with a ton of lateral movement earlier, seems to have found a second wind, he's tosses out non stop jabs, but Nunez is parrying and blocking most of them, Nunez then turns up the heat, easily pins Shavkat on the ropes, and wallops him with massive right hooks to the head and left hooks to the body, to take back control of the fight.

Shavkat rises from his stool, looking quite concussed, almost drowsy with heavy eyelids. Nunez immediately backs him up, but this time Shavkat roars off the ropes, with a sustained flurry, but Nunez after being pushed back, reverses the momentum, backs Shavkat up, where it becomes a war of attrition, with both men slugging it out. Although Nunez lands a series of looping rights, 4 unanswered, which rocked Shavkat, but Shavkat comes back late with a flurry. Felt like a last standish round for the Tajik fighter.

All out war, phone booth fight, with Shavkat back to the ropes, throwing non stop flurries, but Nunez is catching most of them on his forearms. Meanwhile Nunez is firing off cannon like rights to the head, most of which are physically moving Shavkat, even prompting Mark Nekson to take a close look. Nunez's shots are starting to take a toll, Shavkat being ground down here.

Nunez planting his feet, staying ar range, and just battering him with clean rights to the skull, Nelson calls time, corner fixes tape on Shavkat's glove, then Nunez right back to work, now with non stop volume to the body, Shavkat offering back very little.
