Actually I would. He was knocked out by Margo, lost to Williams, and drew vs. Cintron. However, he still has belt. He brings something to the table.

Age doesn't determine whether or not you're a has been. Collazo really isn't in the mix. Nobody is beating down his door to fight him.

so to be in the mix you dont need to have much boxing skill aslong as you have a belt or market value atleast right?

He still ranked in the top 10 by the body sanctions, and will be Berto's WBC mandatory next year should Floyd reject his mandatory status and Berto successfully defends against Shane.
Also considering the life and death battle he brought to Berto recently it is out of reach to say he is not in the mix.
