In the Pro's, if my old grey(ing) matters serves, wasnt Shawn a Welter, getting Hammered by Simon Brown, ? with Frank Tate a Middle, Becoming a titleholder, and beating such as Olajide and Sibson ? - i suspect in he pro's not a very even match-up.

O'Sullivan was hammered by Brown and the not so immortal Luis Santana. He was too small to match up with the middleweight Tate and regardless, Tate developed better and would have easily outboxed O'Sullivan. Ametuer results often have very little to do with what would happen if the same fighters fought as pros. Howard Davis beat Aaron Pryor in the ametuers. What do you think would have happened in the Pros. Aaron would have run over him. Derrike Holmes ko'd Gomez in the ameuters, then got hammered by him in the pros, etc.
