Id like to see this fight a year from now after they have completed a full year of random drug testing.

I get what you're saying, but I still hold out that Spence has yet to be pushed or truly tested, and I don't think he'd deal with Porter's pressure well at all, Spence is not as fast off the backfoot as Thurman and it was all he could do to keep him off of him. Spence doesn't seem to react well to adversity at all from what I've seen, he seemed uncomfortable at times with Bundu's weak pressure, and when he was hurt by Lartey he seemed to mentally crumble, I think the same thing happens with Porter. The moment Spence is made uncomfortable any gameplan he has will fly out of the window and he'll fold.

This is why id like to see this fight. I really like spence but i have questions that need to be answered before im sold on him being the next big thing. He didnt look as strong against Bundu as he did against his previous opponents and by no means am i trying to take anything away from his great performance but Bundu was able to catch him with some shots that he doesnt want to take from Porter. Porter is a bigger stronger more skilled version than Bundu and will give Spence or anyone problems at WW.

It's a fight I'd love to see,I like Porter as he'll take on anyone and yet in the same division you get guys like Garcia who steer their way through fighting total cherry picks,Porter may have a few losses but I respect him more for it.
Not seen Spence against a top guy yet so hard to judge but he looks a beast at Welterweight.

Talking like spence is p4p top 10. Takes out a 41 year old, who had a split decision win over frankie Gavin and somehow he is the best in the division. Thurman and brook are the top 2 for me.

It's funny how no one wants to admit spence looks like the real deal because he's untested when the same nay Sayers are ready to call ggg an atg

Porter is the welterweight version of Jean Pascal. Strong, Aggressive, Poor defence, Good jab but underused, wild overhand punches. Much heart, with less skills than heart.

    Spence KO 10

    Spence would end Porter's career.

Porter is a poor man's version of Mosley, does not do good with opponents he can't overpower. Spence stylistic nightmare for Porter. I think Porter might have his moments early, but you need smart pressure and defense against a guy like Spence. Porter has neither.

I see Spence stopping Porter somewhat early, maybe round 4/5, but I agree with everything else you said.

Seems like a good assessment to me,there is the Unknown about Spence against top opposition in that Porters been there and Spence has not as yet, other than that I totally agree.
I feel for Porter somewhat in that some guys are allowed to build up their careers whereas some guys like Porter seem destined to be put into big fights and just fall short by a narrow margin,I hope Porter is given credit for this from everyone as there's no shame in losing to Brook and Thurman,I'll be interested to see if he can learn from past mistakes and not smother his work as much in his next fight?

This. If Porter could start working off a jab he would be a threat, but without it all the top fighters can neutralize his aggression.
