    I can't believe Porter can't master this guy. Diaz is tough, but Porter should own him.

    Porter is getting ripped with left hooks to the body and short chopping rights to the face as he darts in with the right hand. Quick combos by Porter, throwing woodpecker hooks to the body. Right hand up top by Porter as Diaz is pawing out his jab from outside. Diaz walks Porter down and eats a left hook. Lunging right by Diaz. Body shots by Porter, just muscling inside with fast explosive movements.

    Porter makes for a good sparring partner, but as a pro, I don't think he'll achieve much. I wish Bama was here to give his take :yep

    Porter must pass this test with flying colors if he wants to be considered amongst the top contenders in the welterweight division.

Diaz catches a wild up-jab from Porter, guiding it with his gloves up safely past his head. Diaz lands the right hand lead on the forehead. Body shots by Diaz before Porter grabs. Slapping left hooks above the kidneys by Diaz. Uppercut by Diaz. Porter shoeshines and flails up top. Clinch. 1-2 by Diaz, walking Porter back. Lead right by Diaz, missing but chasing Porter into the ropes. Clinch by Porter. Wild body attack by Porter. Diaz shoves Porter back with his right forearm and lands an uppercut.

    Funny you should mention that because up to this point Porter's claim to fame is being Manny Pacquiao's sparring partner.

    I like Porter, but don't think he is special. He can probably get a little better though, than he's looked in the past.

    Porter is not a top contender. He's a trialhorse at best.

    Porter is getting hit with body shots, dropping back and springing forward with flurries and grabbing up close. Big left and right uppercuts to the body by Diaz. 1-2 up top by Porter, rocking Diaz to either side. Hooks and uppercuts to the body by Porter. Diaz now pushes Porter to the ropes with a series of uppercuts and chops. 1-2 by Diaz, blocked. They press together and both plug the body.

    :yep well there you go. He does look very good in sparring. I saw some videos of him in the Mayweather gym from Chris Robinson on youtube. He looked good in those

    Porter catches Diaz pulling straight backward from the pocket with a left hook. Diaz waits on the outside and tries to time a left hook as Porter comes in. Porter makes him miss and flurries to the body. Counter left hook on the jaw by Diaz. Uppercut inside by Porter. Quick flit backward by Porter, putting up the left jab and feint. Clinch. Jab by Porter ducked, right hand thrown halfway but pulled, another left jab missing - and Diaz clocks him with a left hook on the jaw line. Porter is looping in the right hand up high coming forward low and then popping up. Body shots by Porter on the inside.

    Maybe he has a sparring partners mentality?
    Had me gooled. I thought he was a little bit better.

    3:2 for Porter now another Close round. I think Porter landed more clean shots than Diaz. Also throws more punches.
