    Not gonna blame Centeno for this, as he was arguing the stoppage, but the stoppage was premature, and he is fortunate to be keeping his "0"- at least based on the way the action was unfolding over the first three and a half rounds.

    There was a headbutt. The cut was bad. Nady waved it off. Centeno was shaking "no".

    So what exactly is your beef with Centeno? :huh Yes, it sucks for Williams that he was beating the dog **** out of Centeno and didn't come away with a W, but those are the rules. A clash of heads causes a cut that can't be contained and it's before the 4th has been completed, it's a no contest. Nothing unusual here.

    I didn't say he didn't want to continue I said he got a gift, he got lucky. He was lucky that their heads banged together and he was lucky that the doctor determined that he was in no shape to continue. To sum up, he got a gift and he got lucky.

    Centeno was getting beat, lucky break. I don't have a lot of knowledge about the these NC rules and all that, but do they let a fighter call it off? Wouldn't this be cheating the guy that was winning?

    I understand the rules & ack Nady/Officials decided to stop it but...
    Williams also had blood in in eye & he was ready to go.

    Centeno loses some PTS tonight.

    Yeah, OK, you guys' comments weren't as bad as Sledge's and Rats'.

    It just seemed there was this instant wave of negativity against the kid, when it wasn't his fault their heads clashed or the rules are what they are.

    There is no comparison between their cuts. Williams had some trickle on his face, off below his temples, nowhere that would affect his vision. Centeno was spurting and they spent a few seconds on the ring apron working on it and couldn't stem it even slightly.

    Mike Tyson is picking Matthysse over Garcia.

    Centeno didn;t call it off. The official did. Questionable decision by Nady, but it was Nady's call to make. Not a fan of Nady, really...and this is one reason why.
