Shawn Porter vs Keith Thurman II

Coming back from injury to fight Shawn Porter. If there's anyone you wouldn't want to have a comeback fight against, it's him. Keith is going to get smashed.

Fight an easy opponent, someone who is more leaning towards boxer than brawler for a comeback opponent. Thurman is making a huge mistake if this is his comeback cause Porter is a nightmare for someone who is rusty.

 

Wow, wasn't quite expecting that.
I though Thurman would take a tuneup vs someone like Josesito. Which Thurman at this point should. Because by March, Thurman will have officially have been out of the ring for 2 years.

 

I refuse to believe it. It's just empty talk to promote a fight that might happen later 2019.
Thurman just won't fight Porter after being inactive for so long.

 

I NEVER want to see Porter fight again.

Didn't Thurman say he would have two tuneup fights before fighting anyone in the top 10?

 

Sounds like a boarderline cashout fight. (i.e. if you lose you get enough money to buy a small apartment building and peace out with the cashflow or if you win you can move on to one more payday but eitherway you're good)

 

Porter is gunna sort him out this time, had the first a draw but this time it’s gunna be a decisive win. You don’t take time off to go straight back into a unification.

Hope Keith ends him. Swarmers like that have no place in boxing, it's so ugly and anti-boxing.

Wow you surprise me,thought you’d be a Porter fan?I agree of course,comes across a nice guy but he’s awful to watch,just runs forward,uses his head and even smother and his own work.Thurman was brilliant when they last fought and dominated all the inside stuff.
