Matthysse is not going up to 147, he is staying at 140. I think he will stop Garcia in a rematch, but he should not go up in weight, he is too small. Matthysse is a 140 lbs. fighter. I could use the same about Porter and Thurman fighting Golovkin, but Porter andn Thurman are not middleweighs......

I have to agree, Matthysse is too small. I like him, but I could see the Thurman and Porter out muscling him. I also don't like the way he throws punches, he kept bringing them back to his chest and Molina was prepared for that. He knocked him down and stunned him several times with that right hook counter over Matthysse's left. I think one of those punches from Porter or Thurman leaves Matthysse out cold. Though I see Matthysse's power giving Thurman some problems as well.

Between Porter and Thurman I also think Porter can probably last the heat and deal Thurman some adversity. I would definitely like to see this bout, with the winner getting a shot at Mayweather. I actually like Thurman's personality, but Porter's style seems a bit more tricky. Thurman seems a bit too limited and I think he can be bothered by another puncher.

Porter and Garcia would be a good fight too. I don't see Garcia really holding any advantages physically, I think he is a bit small for welterweight as well, however I do think his style is a bit more patient and methodical. I could see this being a good chess match between two boxer punchers. I think Porter would use his tricky in and out movement and I think Garcia would play more patient and turn into the counter puncher. I think both have enough power to hurt each other, but not necessarily stop each other.
