Shawn Porter vs Paulie Malignaggi CONFIRMED for April 19th!!

Credit to Malignaggi for being able to secure these sort of matchups on regular basis. He's managed to make some decent money for himself and having a fairly long career at a decent level for someone with so few credible wins and with such limited ability.

 

Given the "such limited ability" that he has, he does actually have a pretty darn good resume...

 

Easy work for Paulie.

 

paulie will kill porter. porter is a goon, magic man will stop him in the late rounds fo sho.

 

Whatever. GB/Haymon are simply recycling Paulie. He's got a big name and small punch and talks a lot. Good way to build Porter up.

I like Malignaggi but Porter got this.

 

In terms of overall opposition? Sure. In terms of actual wins? Nope.

 

See it coming Paulie is so underrated it's criminal.

 

Paulie does have ability. He is slick, quick and has an iron chin. its just his exceptionally poor punching power that has stifled his career as a top tier/elite fighter.

 

Porter will put the final nail in the coffin for the Magic man.

Brook beats up the winner and gets what is rightfully his. the IBF.

The Magic man can box and as far as his boxing ability I don't think it can be questioned. Porter is tough, very aggressive and has power. But what if he can't land those punches! This is a good match up
