I quite like porter, he comes to kick arse and usually does. Only the best will beat him.

Ugly style but he gives any welterweight a hard time and is clearly happy to get in with the best!

I think porter is a very good pressure fighter who is clearly a problem at WW

And I find his bouts exciting. I guess it all comes down to what ya like, but labelling porter as worst boxer ever is ridicolous in my opinion. A calculated tactician he may not be, but he gives his opponents nightmares and he's not an easy night for anybody

You sound like another butt hurt brit that can't handle anyone tipping against your guy. Porter is a tough aggressive wild slugger, hard to beat but has zero zilch nada nyt boxing ability. Thurman has some technical skill but he thinks he is a ko puncher and loads up on everything he throws trying to knock every out sacrificing speed accuracy and workrate instead of using the ability he has to simply box. You say Spence is unproven and I will agree with you but so is Brook. 13 years a pro and his best win is Porter. He has a dismal resume and I don't want to hear anymore bs about his performance against GGG. He got smashed by a guy that fought like he was double parked. Spence will ko Brook knowing that he won't get a fair shake from even neutral judges in England. Brits are well known for over estimating their champs and I make a lot of money out of it. 2.60 for Linares in the 1st fight with Crolla was the best bet of the decade then the same odds for Indongo against the biggest overachiever in the game. Brits have been riding high the last fews years and it's been good to see but most of these guys are paper champs who are currently falling like 9 pins. Crolla, Frampton, Smith, Burns Fury and it looks like Bellew will have his cw title pulled. Brook will become the latest. I hope you guys keep talking him up and laying your money down because it will all the better for my pocket.

Broner hasn't got it in him to beat Porter.

In the amateurs Porter beat Daniel Jacobs, Demetrius Andrade and Edwin Rodriguez.
    This thread is nonsense.

I think it shows how physically strong Brook is when you see other guys in with Porter

I said Crolla would struggle with Linares.

I said a fully focussed LSC who wasnt concerned about his fathers health would UD or late TKO Frampton.

The Smith fight was always only ending one way, and i said as much.

Burns was finished years ago, and Indongo completely unproven. So i'd hazard a guess that most who picked him to win did so blindly.

Fury is/was IMO the best heavyweight in the World, he beat a fighter that hadn't lost in a decade without even breaking sweat. It wasn't Old Father Time that beat Wlad, it was a very underrated young traveller from Manchester called Tyson Fury.

I like your reference to Butt Hurt Brits, that just confirms to me that you're just another ignorant Yank with a huge superiority complex, and an almighty chip on your shoulder. The type who picks winners based on Nationality rather than ability.

If Spense KO's Brook i'll hang my arse out in the middle of Times Square.

    NEXT !

Wrong I'm not American and I don't consider them ignorant with a superiority complex who pick winners based on nationality. That's something Brits are well known for and ffs leave your butt hole inside your panties. No one will want to see that.

Porter should have points taken away from his for headbutting, elbowing, low blows, wrestling, etc., he really hurt Berto from a headbutt, it wasn't a punch, but a headbutt, watch the replay............

If Khan got a ref like the bloke Kelly had against Porter then Khan would school him.

Khan has a strong clinching game and he has the hand speed to time him coming in.

Porter is strong but he's by no means a big puncher. He is active enough to steal a few rounds but stylistically he's not that hard for Khan if he's allowed to clinch him like Brook was. Porter tends to do his best work on his opponents chest and Khan would just tie him up every time.

Porter would KO Khan with a glancing blow, Khan doesn't have the defensive skills or intelligence to keep Porter off him. It would be a massacre.

I have to agree there, Khan hasn't got enough to him to keep Shawn Porter off him

Porter would be relentless, and Khan always gets drawn into it for someone reason, he's always had this macho side to him where he wants to be prove he can hang in there, which has always been very very silly because all he has ever proved is that he can't hang in there

Khan has impressive foot & hand speed and does have a lot of skills, but he ain't going to keep Porter off him for 12, Porter would get to him and muller him
