Neary of course came off second best in a ferocious effort against Irish Mickey Ward with Mickey's cultured world class left hook making all the difference..Gene probably brings the Power and commitment if not Wards Portside Technique, He did Hound and Pound Johnny Bumphus to get his Hands on a world Title, Shea come through a night of Merseyside Mayhem to beat Andy Holligan in a thrilling war, Neither Shea or Gene like Movers..and they dont get that here...apart from Forward. A Bone of Contention.. Can Gene derail the Shamrock Express or does Shea put down Mad Dog Gene ?
