You either need to maintain your wieght better while you dont have a fight lined up, or fight at a higher weight.

Food? The guy lost 12lbs of water, I think that may be the problem.

fight at a higher weight. 12 pounds is too much before a weigh in.

You lost 12 pounds in two hours... Its not even healthy to do that in a week or two yet two hour before your fight. Theres gotta be exaggeration, 12 pounds of water weight? Is that even possible?

12lbs in 2 hours!?!? Wow thats suicidal. Time for you to move up at least 2 divisions mate. And to dehydrate that badly and get in the ring is extremely dangerous. You sure it was 12lbs you lost in 2 hours?!? As thats almost impossible..

I reckon his got his sums wrong. Iv not ever heard of anyone shedding that much weight in 2 hours much less for a week. Iv done 10lbs in a week and i suffered badly and had the worse cramp iv ever experienced. But 12lbs in an hour is magical! To actually be able to walk at the end of all that is a miracle. Im calling BS.. :bart

5.5 kilo of water, I don't know. I never wear a sweat suit or crap like that but I sweat like a pig during training. I lose about 3 or 4 pounds in that time frame.

You're lucky black people never sweat :D

I sweat like a pedophile in Church mate. It pours off me like water. My dad was the same. I can easily loose at least 5-6lbs of water in an intense session.
