Because if you strongly claim something, you need to back it up when you are called on it.

Is that what Wlad did his first go round with the WBO belt? Oh i forgot, he did relinquish it against Sanders, a guy who never beat a top 10 fighter....but Wilder should just step up to an ATG! You kids are hysterical! :rofl

Not to mention that Vitalis first 2 title defences were against Ed Mahone and Obed Sullivan

That is a your personal opinion, not a fact. I have yet to hear anyone argue against the FACTS I have put right in front of you.

Yes , the hypocrisy is ridiculous.

Wilder picked up the title 5 mins ago and he's a ducking fruad for not going straight into a fight with Wlad but Wlad ducked Lewis for 3 years and thats ok:roll:

It was a different era and Lennox still had fights with Tua, Rahman, and Tyson before a Wlad fight would even be an option unless you are telling me since Wlad was so well known in 2000 that Lennox was ducking him? :huh

And like I said Wlad lost before he could get a Lennox fight just like Wilder very well could lose before he gets a Klitschko fight. I was just saying with the division being so awful and all I am not sure exactly what Wilder and his team are waiting on figured they would strike while the iron was hot. I have no issue with Wilder taking an optional fight or even 2 provided he fights Wlad by December. I don't think that is me being too biased is it?

Wlad had six fights against nobodies by the time he lost. Wilder hasnt even had one defense yet but hes a ducker. Sorry kid, that is a double standard!

He is still very green and it would be the right decision in many ways to slow down his path towards Klitschko. Wlad easily destroys this version of Wilder, so I don't even wanna see it yet. Let him get more experience. I think at least he should fight Povetkin and Fury and maybe 1 other solid contender before fighting Wlad.

I am not saying that Wilder has a formal obligation to fight Klitschko. In fact, he doesn't need to fight anyone but his mandatory challengers.

However, if you won a title and started calling yourself a "champion of the world" etc, you don't call yourself a college prospect when you are asked to fight the best. It is not a fact or my personal opinion, it's called honoring your words.

When Wladimir won his title, he said that he doesn't consider himself the champion until he cleans out the division. That's the difference.

I never called Wilder a 'ducker' I only said that with the state of the division he really needs to fight Wlad this year at some point. There is demand for it. I also said a few defenses are fine. There simply aren't the Tyson, Tua, type fighters around like Lennox had. Those were big PPV fights. So, are you telling me Lennox should have fought Wlad instead of them? Answer that please.

You can't compare this era to the early 2000's it much a much deeper division hence why Wilder needs to fight Wlad at some point this year.

Honoring your words? Show me where Wilder said he could beat Wlad and would be fighting him anytime soon.

Wlad has Jennings in front of him, then he has Fury and a Povetkin rematch which are both bigger fights right now than Wilder. You put to much stock in a paper title and how big a fight may be. How about putting stock into who is most worthy? And considering you think Wilder is a glass jawed bum who will lose the next time he steps up......well that says it all really. :yep
