I think most people calling for this fight to happen want exactly that though, to see Toney get his head punched off. You know how much he winds up some guys.

Couldn't agree more. :good Anything could happen in a Golota-Wlad fight; that's what makes it so appealing to me:deal

You'd be hard pressed to find a bigger Toney fan, but no use holding your breath for that one.

WLAD should push for it though, even if Toney doesn't want it, since KLIT has no ATGs on his resume...

Doesn't matter...he's a living legend...and the only ATG currently fighting at HW.

More importantly, James Toney has never lost via KO...That'd be a huge notch on Wlad's belt if he could do that IMO.

he could ko him, but he would have to put up a performance a là mercer, otherwise i see a wiiiiiiide ud or a mercy/ref stoppage.

Which of WLAD's recent opponents are still going to be remembered in 10 years....???

There are a few reasons that James Toney could be a desired adversary...but he's only going to do it for a good portion of the purse, if at all.

He should fight Toney or Rahman, and not Golota.

It would be a shame if he fights any other IBF conteder -Chambers, Cameron, etc.

Rahman would get his Glass Jaw shattered early.

Toney?:rofl:patsch He would not win a round and would get stopped

Valuev is the only opponent I want to see him fight.

Golota vs. Wlad would sell very well in Europe, I would think.

And after his recent wins, Golota has some momentum and confidence to where he may give Wlad more trouble than some think.

Shannon Briggs? I bet if Foreman came out of retirement he could fight Briggs.

Don't mind my avatar but Golota is the only one of the four that has any chance, IMO.
