I'm not huge on MMA, but I watch all the UFC events.

How can BJ still be at 4 when he was just outclassed. He wasn't even competitive.

I thought you knew boxing? P4p list? You know smaller man dominates his division.. but moves out of his comfort zone to test himself in a heavier division. And when he loses does that mean hes not good in LW anymore? Go back to the boxing forum

Uhm first part is complete **** too. Fedor is clearly number one and not GSP or Silva. Who the hell has Silva fought lately? How many loses did both of the guys have to a bunch of cans?

Yup didnt notice that, Im just happy with the four on top. Who cares what order. But yeah Fedor should be number 1. Silva cleaned out the division and made everyone looked B level, Its so hard to judge him because hes so much better than anyone in the division.

Him and GSP should be interchangable

had Manny Pacquiao lost to De La Hoya in brutal fashion, not having been competitive at all, Marquez would have been my new number 1.

Even if BP is a Lightweight and moved to Welterweight to take on one of the best in the sport, if he loses and doesn't remain competitive during any of it, He won't be as high as 4. Like I said, I don't know MMA really well so permission to set the record straight, just don't shoot me down.

Rashad Evans and Griffin in the top 10? I would have Machida and Florion above them both.

Just busting your chops  I think MMA is a bit diff than boxing because the weight classes have larger weight gaps like LW 155 to WW 170.

Jumping weight is no easy task. In Boxing most go up incrementally (That Pac/DLH fight was a circus anomaly)

Another thing is in MMA you can clearly dominate a division because theres no alphabet belts, a LW champ like BJ is undisputed. He has dominated his weightclass, unlike Pacquaio who hasnt even fought at 140 and once at 135, hes dominated nothing

You know the point I was making.

Joe Calzaghe moving up to Light Heavy to take on Hopkins. If he lost, he would have been outside the top 7 P4P.

Having a fighter who just got their ass handed to them in the top 4 P4P just seems weird to me. Beating Pulver was a formality, and Stevenson isn't a world beater.

Yeah but the point is its harder to move up in weight in MMA than in Boxing. Guys like Kenflo started his career in LW and will finish it there. In Boxing that would have been impossible. Another thing is the top 4 in MMa has distanced themselves from the rest. BJ is a monster at LW, to put it in perspective, he dominates his weight like no boxer dominates his weight class now.

Fedor at number 3 is just laughable... the guy never really lost, he is 7-0 against UFC heavyweight champions and just dispatched 2 of them in 1 round. Do they hate him at Sherdog for some reason?

I wouldn't put BJ in the top 6 p4p and Forrest lmao, that guy just wins because he's big and he's a good fighter.

Yep, nothing like any other p4p fighter on that list.
