Sherk is strong and relentless but Penns got too many moves. 5 rounds is the worry for me. Penn says it ain't nothing to worry about though.
Penn is focused and determined. His constantly bringing up of Sherk's positive steroid test, IMO, isn't about playing mind games. I think he's genuinely pissed that Sherk 'cheated'. He's also acknowledged that he hasn't served his talent well enough in the past and he's committed to determining his legacy.
I looks like Penn is focused on this on. He's really got a chip on his shoulder. It's the fights after people should worry about him being motivated for. He already said in an interview somewhere (can't remember where) that he would find it hard to get motivated for other fights after this one against Sherk.
I think any athelete who is clean would be pissed at other athletes. They shouldn't have to worry that others are cheating them and getting any sort of unfair advantage.
I think Penn should take him. Just watch his fights agianst Matt Hughes whos stronger and better then Sherk. Penn tore threw him in 1 round the 1st time and was whipping his until HIS RIB WAS BROKEN he didnt gas. BJs cardio is being horrible underatted here. Im not saying hes like Sherk who goes 5 but looks like he could go 5 more. BJs been 5 a couple times and went 3 many other times vs better fighters then Sherk. Im not seeing all this damage Sherk can do to BJ on the ground. Looking at Sherks fights agianst the best levels Hughes,Diaz,Franca,Florian he just trys to control his opponets on the ground. How the **** is he going to control BJ ?
