Shin splints in my wrist?

    Hey I was wondering if it's normal to get that same kind of tension in your forearms from hitting heavy bags, if I should try and work through it or rest it or what.

    I get the same thing have my whole life, usually a wknd of rest heals it up

    Remember the feeling, not the remedy. But yea, it is natural for that to occur from doing a lot of heavy bag.
     
  6. That can also effect your eyesight. Which is a bad thing for a boxer. You can hardly wear glasses into the ring, can you?
