So whatever became of Shine III being scrapped due in part to Don King's hooks still being in Mayorga? Did he actually go through with filing suit against them? He seems to be bilking even his lawyers these days, since they failed to get him the W over ESPN in a case stemming from 2004. Is the promotion pretty much ruined by that event not happening (let alone legal fees if King pushes it)? They poured a lot into it, it seemed. That was supposed to be what put them on the MMA map. Where does that leave Din Thomas and the other talents they had signed?
