Round 2 begins as Ward goes to southpaw. Ward pops to the body as Miranda is not throwing much. Miranda goes to the body and chases Ward with a right hand. Another right hand lands and Ward grabs. Ward isn't hurt but who wants to take power shots from Miranda? Andre Ward looks calm and goes to the body as the fighters roughouse a bit more. Ward lands a right hook that pops Miranda bad. Miranda recovers and walks in for more right hands. Miranda goes low on Ward but the ref didn't see it. 1-2 by Ward as Miranda comes forward. Ward now decides to box a bit as Miranda may be bothering him a bit with the low blows, buts and elbows. Ward counters Miranda and hurts him with a nasty counter shot. Miranda taunts and comes forward. Miranda coming forward and Ward is now calm. BIG RIGHT by Miranda lands on the ear and Ward comes back. Wa rd strafed with a big right by Miranda as Miranda is looking to open that cut up. Ward nails a NICE body shot. Round ends.

Good round for both guys. Good GOOD fight.

Miranda chasing Ward as round 3 begins. Both fighters fighting like they want it. Miranda tries to turtle shell and Ward takes what Miranda gives him going to the body frequently. Miranda and Ward trade some jabs as Miranda tries to hit him on the back of the head. More punches behind the ear from Miranda in the clinch. Miranda chases as Ward is boxing and moving. Trade jabs back and forth as Miranda JUST misses a big overhand right. Ward showing some cajones by fighting Miranda's fight at times. Miranda measuring Ward and nails a good straight right to the body. Ward takes advantage of the lulls with pretty body punches. Ward takes a jab as Miranda comes in for more. Ward nails a LEFT hook and Miranda straightens up. Miranda tells him to "bring it" and Ward obliges. Ward with a partially blocked overhand right. Miranda not punching and gets POPPED with a left as the round ends.

Easy round to score. Andre Ward with everything going for him. 3-0.
