The Japanese Sho Kimura is officially retired at 36 years old the former WBO Flyweight Champion he have some good victories against : Zou Shiming, Froilan Saludar, Toshiyuki Igarashi, Masahiro Sakamoto...

His fight against Kosei Tanaka is probably one of the best fight of the year 2018!

His farewell will be an exhibition against former World Champion and friend of Sho Kimura Akira Yaegashi the 27th April 2025 during 3 rounds. Because he didn't unify with him in the past in Flyweight.

Probably the most hated boxer in China during a lot of times ! I remember that the Chinese had taken him in a ridiculous exhibition against a Chinese kickboxer Xuan Wu who had injured the Japanese by deliberately going too hard.
