The thing Kevlishvili is missing is speed. Otherwise he's a pretty decent boxer with his awkward style and iron chin.

    Round 7

Ramos is just swiping casually as Kevlishvili darts in with reaching attacks and then galloping outside. Ramos is content to let the pace dwindle as he straightens up his jab to line it up on Kevlishvili's moving head and tries to counter the in-and-out preemptive attacks that Kevlishvili is peppering him with. A few solid contacts made by Kevlishvili with the straight right out of the orthodox stance, but not enough commitment to take the round.

    70-63 Casey Ramos

HE is fast enough with the right hand when ramos leans forward but no mustard behind it.Good left rip to the body no dig behind it.

    Round 8

Orthodox 1-2 from Kevlishvili, on repeat. He dances out to his left, moving diagonally backward and drawing Ramos into countering range. Good control of distance by Kevlishvili, who keeps working that 1-2. Ramos lunges in with soaring jabs, knuckles up to the ceiling. Kevlishvili pops jabs to the body. Kevlishvili is flinching and body feinting on the outside, anticipating Ramos' movements. Shoeshine by Ramos, going from low to high. Kevlishvili misses an overhand right on the inside as Ramos just dematerializes, floating straight back. Ramos throws some ineffective pendulums to the body. Kevlishvili lands his left jab. 1-2 to the face. Ramos is pretty much giving this round away, not gunning for the KO or punishing Kevlishvili for that light shower of straight shots to the head.

    10-9 Kevlishvili

    79-73 Ramos

    :think

We can probably meet in the middle and say that Kevlishvili lacks explosiveness. :good

    hmm

Didn't seem like a close fight.

Patricia Morse Jarman... I've found myself disagreeing with her scorecards quite often.

    Wow @ the cards!

Wow @ Georgi Kevlishvili throwing a tantrum as though he was expecting the split decision to be in his favor!

Wow @ the judge with the ****ed up card not being the one named "Cheatum"!

Wow @ the fact that even the "good" cards were a little ****ed up!

Steve Farhood had it 7 to 1 for Ramos, like me.

That's really as generous as you could be for Kevlishvili. I was honestly expecting three shutout cards.

Had it 79-73 Ramos. That one judge's score is, uh, weird.

This main event has promise!! :bbb

Magdaleno could make a statement, or Perez could drown him.

Hes headlined a few of the Top Rank cards on foxsports.

He has a brother who fights too.
